Welcome to Synvall (“Synvall,” “we,” “our,” “the Platform”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Synvall website and mobile application, available worldwide. By accessing or using Synvall, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all referenced policies. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

Synvall reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion if these rules are violated.

4. User Content — Ownership and License

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on Synvall. By posting content (including but not limited to photos, profiles, messages, and streams), you grant Synvall a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, store, distribute, modify, display, and reproduce such content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.

You must not upload content that infringes upon third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

Synvall may review, monitor, and remove content at its discretion if it violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

We may suspend, restrict, or permanently delete accounts in order to protect users and the integrity of the Platform. If you believe moderation has been applied in error, contact support@synvall.com.

6. Privacy and Data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and process personal data. By using Synvall, you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Synvall is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service, nor the accuracy or reliability of any content.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synvall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Synvall, if any, in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

We aim to resolve disputes amicably. If resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Synvall is headquartered, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

The governing law will be that of Synvall’s principal place of business.

14. Changes to Terms

Synvall may update these Terms at any time. If material changes occur, we will notify you in advance through the Platform or by email. Continued use of Synvall after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Disclaimer

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Synvall’s liability for:

As long as the Platform is provided free of charge, Synvall will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind.
